Can you send invoices electronically?
Yes, you can send invoices electronically to all the major insurers quickly and easily with no more than a couple of clicks.
Do you have a cloud based version?
Yes, we have a hosted service that allows you to access all PPM Software functionality from anywhere you can get internet access.
Is installation and full training included in the cost?
We provide each client with whatever help they need. Set-up, customisation, installation and full face to face training is provided. What’s more, initial training is unlimited to give you complete peace of mind.
Are version upgrades included or are they an extra cost?
All version upgrades are included as part of the annual license fee.
Can I charge different rates depending on who the patient is insured with?
Yes you can, all fees are completely customisable within the software system.
